Day Four: Death of a Cell Phone

This morning, I was walking into the gym and was carrying my phone and keys. I dropped my keys and thought; “phew! thank god I didn’t drop my phone”. I bend down to pick up my keys and drop my phone…it landed right on it’s face and shattered.

I guess our thoughts really do shape our future – sometimes our super immediate future.

Day 4: Cardio Day
Wow, you know it was a good workout when you put your glasses on and fog up the inside of them!
I ran for 45 minutes at 4.5mph for 3.12 miles this morning. It was the perfect amount of time for an entire episode on Netflix. It felt really good but I’m a bit worried about my knees. They started hurting a bit towards the end of it. Hopefully I can make it through the week before they get bad then I can rest over the weekend.
It’s a race between my leg muscles growing and my knee joints giving out…who will win? We’ll find out on Friday.
